SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD

  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD

  • DHL Express: $48 AUD

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $300 (Australia only)

  • Orders are packed and sent within 3–5 business days.

International:
We offer international shipping to:
New Zealand, Canada, United Kingdom, United States, Sweden, France, Finland, Netherlands, and Iceland.

If your country isn’t listed, please DM us and we’ll do our best to make it an option.

Shipping Disclaimer:
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our premises. Import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer, please be aware if your country charges import fees.

SIZING

Sizes XS/S, S/M, M/L, L/XL are available on a range of our garments.

RETURNS/ EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:

We offer returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including incorrect sizing or preference.

We do offer refunds, replacements, or repairs if an item is deemed faulty, damaged, or not as described.

To request a return for a faulty item:

International Orders:
International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

CHANGE OF MIND (INCLUDING SIZING)

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

However, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer exchanges for Australian orders only.

  • Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs

To request an exchange:

  • Email blinc10000@gmail.com with your order number and requested size

If your requested size is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit

  • Alternative item

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sale.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Sizing issues

However, if your item is faulty, please contact us and we will assess your case in line with consumer law obligations.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the item is faulty.
